No recipe is really necessary. The only thing I would have done differently would be to make my own whipped cream and pipe it onto the dessert. I bought canned whipped cream but it got too runny. They are truely the <span style="color: white; font-size: x-large;">BEST </span>scones I have ever made. I did as suggested and weighed my flour- I really think this made a huge difference. And I also used a large capacity food processor to combine all the ingredients.
