Whirl. Let the marinade be thick and chunky. Put the grill on high and put the bricks in it for 30 minutes.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Be careful! My tart pan measures 8 x 11 1/2 inches.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Line the tart pan and the sides with the puff pastry. Gently press the puff pastry into the sides of the tart pan and cut off any excess puff pastry that overhangs the pan.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Score the edges all the way around the pan next to the sides with a knife. Do not cut all the way through. Prick the bottom of the puff pastry with a fork. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Heat 8 TBS butter in a large skillet or dutch oven over medium heat. Add onions. Cook until the onions are transparent, about 4 minutes.  Add flour and combine with onions and butter. Let cook for about 4 minutes to get rid of the raw flour taste. Do not let the flour brown.</div><div style="text-align: center;">Add dry mustard. Slowly add milk in two halves. Whisk until thickens and then add the last half of milk, whisking until it thickens too.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Add salt and pepper. Add 1 1/2 lbs of cheddar cheese and stir until it melts. Take off heat.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Grease the inside of a large bowl or individual serving dishes with butter and set aside.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Add macaroni and cheese sauce back into the stock pot in batches. You want your macaroni to be "swimming" in the cheese sauce. If the sauce is too thick or the macaroni is not wet enough add up to another cup of milk and incorporate well.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Scoop out the macaroni and cheese and put in the prepared bowl or dishes.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Wipe out the large skillet and add the remaining 4 TBS of butter. Melt. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the breadcrumbs and mix well.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Top the macaroni and cheese with the buttered breadcrumbs and bake for 30-40 minutes until the mac and cheese is bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown. Using a mixer beat  until well incorporated and fluffy. Add one egg and beat well. Add vanilla and mix.<br /><br />In another bowl sift flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together.<br /><br />Add in thirds till just incorporated.<br /><br />Add cinnamon chips and walnuts and mix in.<br />The dough will be soft and shaggy.<br /><br />Turn our the dough on to a floured cutting board and divide into two.<br />Form into two logs 9 x 1 1/2 inches. Place the logs on a parchment lined baking sheet. Don't place them too closely together because they will spread.<br /><br />Make an egg wash with the second egg and brush over the biscotti logs.<br /><br />Bake for 25-30 minutes until the logs are golden and firm to the touch.<br /><br />Cool for 15 minutes.<br /><br />Meanwhile, mix 3 TBS sugar and 1 TBS cinnamon to make cinnamon sugar.<br /><br />Put each log on a cutting board and cut into 1/2 inch slices on a slight diagonal. Use a serrated knife.  Place the slices on their sides on a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.<br /><br />Bake for 15- 20 minutes until the biscotti is toasted.<br /><br />Cool on a wire rack.<br /><br /><a href="https://sites.google.com/site/stonegableprintablerecipes/cinnamon-toast-biscotti" target="_blank">PRINTABLE RECIPE</a><br /><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;
