Peach Tablescape

The Peaches at StoneGable are the best we have ever had. For that matter, the peaches in our whole area were succulent this year! Our peach trees are finicky so I was thrilled to have some big beauties!

Fresh peaches were matched with peach lustre ware and creamy white accents for a Peaches and Cream tablescape.

I have collected Fire King's Peach Lustre ware for years and years. This tablescape is a study in some of the different dishes I have collected and NOT actual place settings! I like to stack dishes, that's true, but this is just a tad over the top!

Creamy white plates in a mismatched assortment are stacked between laurel, shell and three band patterns of peach dishes. A berry bowl tops off this tableware tower holding a pretty peach!

This gives peaches and cream a whole new meaning!

The overall look is simple and fresh, just like the peaches!

Antique silver gives added sparkle to the table.

White damask napkins are casually tucked into white stemmed bubble glasses.

Just for fun, a shell (or swirl) patterned demitasse cup and saucer sit on a three banded pattern cup and saucer. A tiny silver demitasse spoon rests on the saucer ready to be used. Again, not very practical but fun to see the different dishes and patterns.

Sugar bowl and creamer are in the laurel pattern. Their simple and straightforward styling seems so substantial.

A small shell condiment dish will be filled with peach jam. This fancy silver jam spoon was found at a flea market long ago.

The vintage percolator coffee pot was an auction surprise. I know very little about it. It matches the peach lustre perfectly and it WORKS! I am so enthralled with the spigot!

No flowers on this table. Only fresh StoneGable peaches.

A large berry bowl is brimming with these juicy gems! The berry bowl matches the ones that top each place setting.

All is elevated to centerpiece status by a white cake plate.

This tablescape is perfect for a special  breakfast for two on the side porch!
