This is what I call an... It's Not Rocket Science Recipe! Use as much of one thing or as little of another... there is really no right or wrong way to make this pizza as long as you follow the easy process!

Very Yummy!

StoneGable Easy Puff Pastry Pizza
1 package of puff pastry
 pizza sauce. 3 TBS (jarred)
your favorite cheese (mine has a mix of shaved Parmesan, provolone and mozzarella)
pepperoni, cut into slices
marinaded artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
cherry tomatoes, chopped
fresh basil, chopped

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Gently roll out a puff pasty sheet to fit a tart pan with a removable bottom.  Make sure your puff pastry is large enough to cover the sides! My tart pan measures 8 x 11 1/2 inches.

Line the tart pan and the sides with the puff pastry. Gently press the puff pastry into the sides of the tart pan and cut off any excess puff pastry that overhangs the pan.

Score the edges all the way around the pan next to the sides with a knife. Do not cut all the way through. Prick the bottom of the puff pastry with a fork. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Put the tart pan on a baking sheet and bake the puff pastry for 10 minutes.

Remove the tart pan from the oven and top the pastry with tomato sauce, cheeses and artichoke hearts.

Return the pan to the oven and cook for 20 minutes longer.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped tomatoes and basil.

Remove the sides of the pan and cut the pizza into diagonal slices.

If you are serving this as an hors d'oeuvres cut the pizza into squares.

Easy Puff Pasty Pizza has a fabulous flaky crust... and it will go F-A-S-T!

This pizza is a must try... it will become a delicious favorite with your family or company!
